1. You will receive an email with a renewal contract attached by the end of October. If you do not receive your renewal contract please contact us by emailing Susan Garland, firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Once you have the renewal contract, attach requested materials, sign and return to CTE Transitions, Office: AA-133, Palomar College, 1140 W. Mission Rd., San Marcos, CA 92069.
3. If there have been changes to the course, please provide the new course outline and final exam.
***If there is a new teacher for the course, please submit the request to articulate form, course outline, objectives, textbook/software information, and a sample of the final.
