Department Director and Instructor, Rita Campo Griggs, has more than twenty years of experience in the fashion industry. Rita is a graduate of San Diego State University. She has worked as a Visual Merchandise Director, a Corporate Fashion Stylist, and a Marketing Director. She has orchestrated hundreds of fashion shows for brand name designers such as Bill Blass,
Liz Claiborne, and Calvin Klein. She combines her industry and academic expertise to give her students a memorable and practical learning experience.
