Academic Technology @ Palomar College

About us

ATRC LogoI am Terry Gray, Academic Technology Supervisor for Palomar College, a community college in San Marcos, California.  This blog is titled AT@PC—meaning, Academic Technology at Palomar College.  There are several contributors to the blog, myself, Dr. Lillian Payne, our Academic Technology Coordinator, David Gray, Shay Phillips and Chris Norcross, our systems administrators, and Elaine Armstrong our graphics specialist.  All of these folks may have their personal Palomar College blogs also (mine is TG@PC), but this is the single, “official” blog for the Academic Technology department.

The purpose of the Academic Technology Resource Center (ATRC) at Palomar College is to facilitate and enhance teaching and learning through the use of technology.  A big part of that purpose is communication with our audiences.  That’s the reason for this corporate blog.

We strongly encourage our users to visit our web site for more complete information and access to resources.  We also hope that you will  follow us on TwitterFacebook, YouTube, and to subscribe to our e-newsletter.

Thanks for taking the time to look at this blog.  I hope you will become a regular subscriber.
