Curriculum Institute 2015 took place July 9-11 at the DoubleTree Anaheim. Attended by faculty and curriculum staff from across the state as well as Chancellor’s Office representatives, the Institute was packed with interesting and helpful information centered around this year’s theme, Healthy Curriculum Getting it Into Shape and Keeping it That Way! The ABCs and 123s of curriculum are nothing new to Palomar’s new Curriculum Committee Co-Chair Jenny Fererro! She has served as Chair of the Child Development Department since fall of 2009 overseeing some of the college’s most challenging curriculum. Jenny brings with her a diverse educational background with unique certifications and teaching experiences as well as an excitement to serve Palomar College. The Curriculum Committee extends Jenny a warm welcome!
