“I have pre-launched my proposal.  Is there anything else I have to do?”

A proposal must be Pre-launched and launched.  Watch your email for notifications from ‘System@governet.net.’  These emails alert you to actions regarding your proposal.  They also alert you when your proposal is ready to launch.  If you’re still not sure, follow these steps:

- Log in to Curricunet.
- Click on “My Approvals.”
- Select the appropriate role (some people have multiple roles such as Originator,  Dept. Chair etc.).
- Click “Next.”

“I received an email titled Curriculum Action Required in CurricUNET.  What do I do?”

- Log in to Curricunet.
- Click on “My Approvals.”
- Select the appropriate role (some people have multiple roles such as Originator,  Dept. Chair etc.).
- Click “Next.”
- Click on the “Action” button beside each course or program.
- Enter any comments into the box.
- Select the appropriate action from the dropdown list.
- Save your work.

“I want to begin a proposal for a new course or program or change an existing one?  How do I get started?”

- Log in to Curricunet.
- Click on “Course Proposals” or “Program Proposals.”
- Click on “Course or Program Update” to make a change to existing curriculum.  Click on “New Course or Program” to begin new curriculum.
- If making a change to existing curriculum, navigate to the “Active” course or program and click on the copy icon.
- If creating a new course or program, enter the course or program information and click “Save.”
- Complete each page of the Course Checklist and click the “Finish” button.
- Once every page has been finished, a red “Submit” button will appear.
- Click the “Submit” button and click the “My Approvals” link in the dialogue box.
- Select the “Originatorrole.
- Click “Next.”
- Click on the “Action” button beside the proposal.
- Enter any comments into the box.
- Select the appropriate action from the dropdown list.
- Save your work.

“What happened to the “Audit” button?”

The Audit button has been replaced with the “Submit” button.  Once you’ve finished your proposal, click the “Submit” button to pre-launch your course into the approval process.
