Palomar College eServices
Students can easily apply online at the college’s eServices to do the following key items:

  • Admission to the college
  • Enroll in courses
  • Add/drop courses
  • Enrollment Fee Waiver (BOGW)
  • Scholarships
  • Check your financial aid status
  • Set up and log on to your Palomar College email account 
Enrollment Fee Waiver (BOGW)
Students who are California residents can apply for an enrollment fee waiver known as BOGW (Board of Governors Waiver).If eligible, the college’s mandatory enrollment fee will be waived. Students can apply for the fee waiver by logging into eServices click on the “Apply for BOGW” link.
 
Application for Federal Financial AidStudents are encouraged to apply for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by logging on to eServices or click to the FAFSA link at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Completing the FAFSA allows you to be considered for federal and state financial aid. 2013/2014 Paper FAFSA (If you do not want to complete the FAFSA online, you may complete a paper FAFSA and mail it. See Application for more information)

Scholarship ProgramsPrivate scholarships are available for students high school graduates planning to attend Palomar College, for continuing students and for those transferring to 4-year universities. Students are strongly encouraged to apply for the scholarship each school year. Scholarship eligibility criteria for a variety of scholarships range from GPA status, program major, career goal, community involvement, challenges, etc. The scholarship application is online and will be available each school year between November thru February through eServices. Click on “Apply for Scholarship” link. The funds are disbursed the following school year.
