Janice D. Schultz, MS, RD, began her teaching career at Palomar College in 1994 following more than fifteen years in a variety of clinical, community, and consulting Registered Dietitian positions. Experience informs Jan’s teaching style, and continually enhancing student learning is her foremost (and sometimes elusive) goal as an instructor.
