PRP Planning reports present data entered into TracDat assessment fields for each discipline and program.  Click here to view a sample TracDat results screen.

Use this Report to Answer Step II.B Questions 2 and 3: What did you learn from your course/program SLO assessments? What will you maintain and/or change because of the assessment results?

How to Run a Course PRP Planning Report

  1.  Login to TracDat/POD and select the appropriate Discipline Unit.
  2. Go the the Reports tab.
  3. Select the “Ad Hoc” option in the grey bar below the Reports tab.
  4. Select “run” to the right hand side of the PRP Planning Report-Courses.
  5. The document will open as an Excel document. Warning: Do not try to run the report as a .pdf or html file.  This may cause TracDat to malfunction.

  1.  Login to TracDat/POD and select the appropriate Program Unit.
  2. Go the the Reports tab.

How to Run Program PRP Planning Reports for Multiple Programs in one Department

  1.  Login to TracDat/POD and select the appropriate Reporting Unit, e.g. *Division-Discipline – Programs.
  2. Go the the Reports tab.
  3. Select the “Ad Hoc” option in the grey bar below the Reports tab.
  4. Select “run” to the right hand side of the PRP Planning Report for Program SLOs.
  5. The document will open as an Excel document. Warning: Do not try to run the report as a .pdf or html file.  This may cause TracDat to malfunction.
