ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/PAYROLL ASSISTANT – Dudek is one of California’s leading environmental and engineering consulting firms. We are seeking an Accounts Payable/Payroll Assistant in our Encinitas office. Job Description: Processing -400 AP invoices a month and -300 employee reimbursements a month, approve timesheets for 300 employees each week, scanning invoices and expense report backup, update AP spreadsheets, manage sub consultant’s insurance, respond to vendor inquiries, email out approvals to PM’s, and assist with other projects as needed.  Qualifications:  AP Experience (understands GL accounts), efficient, detail oriented, organized and ACURATE, quick learner with ability to follow through on tasks, ability to think independently but know when to ask questions, strong work ethic, willing to do the basics; potential for growth. Minimum of 25 hrs per week but would prefer it to be a full time 40 hr per week position. We are flexible and willing to work with your schedule. PARTY ATTENDANTS – Pump It Up of San Marcos is a children’s private party facility filled with interactive inflatables that engage and challenge children. The facility includes one party arena with inflatables and a party room where food is served.
