Please join us for functional strength training on Wednesdays at 5pm in the weight room.

  1. This workout is FANTASTIC… come on out to the class. I highly recommend it also…your body will thank you for it….Buck is really great with explaining each exercise….can you say personal trainer!!!!!!!
