Prepare for 5Ks by joining Kelly and Suzanne in the Couch to 5K workout program for eight weeks prior to the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot. Start by downloading the app – you can find one for any phone. Then, join us on the track from 7-8 a.m. on Tuesdays & Thursdays (beginning 9/27) to do two of the three weekly workouts together. You’ll do the third on your own over the weekend. We’ll keep training through Thanksgiving and end with the Turkey Trot that morning. If the Fallbrook location doesn’t work for you…no worries. There are Turkey Trots all over the place. Click here to find a list of available activities.
