Class #31777 meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. in classroom G-8 with professor Ericka Moore.

Exhilarating Intermediate Hip Hop Class – Dance 156

Class #31143, meets on Thursdays, 7:00 p.m. – 8:50 p.m. in MB-1 with professor Joei Waldron.  Prerequisite: grade C or above in Dance 155, Hip Hop I.

New Ensemble added to Spring 2013! MUS 155 – Chamber Ensemble – Brass

Class #31075 meets on Tuesdays, 3:30 p.m. – 6:20 p.m. in classroom D-5 with professor Paul Kurokawa.  This class is by audition only!  Auditions on Tuesday, January 22 beginning at 3:30 p.m. in classroom D-5.  Those with the ability to perform on one or more instruments and sight read music are encouraged to audition.

New Theatre class added to Spring 2013 – TA 100 Introduction to Theatre – Meets Transfer Requirement

Class #34002 meets on Mondays from 2:00 p.m. – 4:50 p.m. in classroom BES-1 with professor John Polak.  This class meets CSU and UC transfer requirements under Arts and Humanities.

College Paid Private Music Lessons at Palomar!!

Are you ready for private music lessons that are college paid?  The Applied Music Program (MUS 220) is offered through the Performing Arts Department.  It is a program of individual study for the serious music student, with priority given to music majors on the transfer track.  Lessons are offered that will train students to be proficient in an applied music skill (voice or instrument) for the purpose of transferring to an upper level four-year institution as a music major, and in preparation for public performance.  Auditions are by appointment only on Friday, January 25th.  For more information and/or to make an appointment, please contact the Performing Arts office at 760-744-1150 x2316.
