The Water Speaks: Cast List/Audition Winners

The Water Speaks – Ensemble List

by Michael Mufson

Thank you all for your work the wonderful and creative audition process.  Please read this important information about the rehearsal schedule and preparations for the first rehearsal.

Rehearsals will be Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 – 10:00 in the Studio Theatre.  These were the days with the least confilicts.  Beginning April 13 we will move to Monday-Friday.  Tech week is 6-11 PM

First rehearsal is Monday, Feb. 9 at 6:30 in the Studio Theatre.

Your assignment for the first rehearsal is to bring source of text that you find or write related to the topic of water.  This text should relate to your particular passion, fascination, curiosity or concern related to an aspect of water.  The source might be factual (from the news media, science community, nature writing for example), poetic/literary, humorous, religious, spiritual, song lyric etc.  Feel free to think outside the box.  Have 2-3 lines from the source memorized!

It is essential that we begin with a full commitment to the work of this project. No excuses.

Email me at mmufson@palomar.edu to confirm that you have read this.

I’m so excited to start working with all of you!
