Set during the Great Depression, this theatrical adaptation of the popular novel is a beautiful, coming-of-age story concerning an affluent Mexican girl who is forced to migrate to the United States to become a farm worker.  A true story of perseverance and courage that illuminates the struggles of women, immigrants and workers still relevant today!
