ViaSat University Recruiting Program 
Our university recruiting program is all about finding the best and the brightest, bringing them on board our team, and then providing the opportunity to grow and excel – starting from day one! Our internship program selects a large number of student interns every summer to work at ViaSat and get involved in real projects. We have internship opportunities available in software engineering, hardware engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, RF engineering, finance, supply chain, and marketing.

Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison
Students gain valuable skills for success in post-graduate studies and careers in their chosen field. Upon completing their summer research, students have the opportunity to present and receive reviews of their individual work.  The SROP goal is to create a diverse academic environment by increasing the number of traditionally underrepresented students in UW-Madison graduate programs and ultimately the professoriate.

Monterey Bay Regional Ocean Science Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU)  -- Apply by March 2, 2015 
This 10 week summer program targets students in their Sophomore and Junior year and is a great opportunity for students to gain research experience at world class Ocean Science research institutions. Students can choose to conduct research in Monterey Bay in the following areas: Marine Biology and Ecology, Ocean Engineering, Oceanography, and Marine Geology. Our 10 week summer program will run from June 8th to August 14th. Students will be provided with a $5,000 stipend in addition to travel, room and board.  The application portal will close on March 2nd at 11:59 PM PST.  Additional program details can be found on our homepage 

Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory Summer Internship Program for Undergraduates--Apply by March 10, 2015  
2015 program dates: May 28th - August 4th, 2015 The Lamont-Doherty Summer Intern Program offers the chance to experience scientific research as an undergraduate. The program is open to US citizens or permanent residents who have completed their junior or sophomore year in college with majors in earth science, environmental science, chemistry, biology, physics, mathematics, or engineering. Minorities and women are encouraged to apply. Applicants should have an interest in conducting research in Earth, polar, atmospheric or ocean sciences. Two previous Earth, atmospheric or ocean-science courses are desirable if they are available to the student. All students are required to have at least one year of calculus.

Pre-Medical Surgical Internship, Mentorship, and Research Program at UC Davis   -- Application due dates vary
Program components are designed to introduce the academic and clinical activities typically experienced by physicians and medical students. This competitive program is intended for individuals who have demonstrated their interest in pursuing a career as a physician.
