The Comet Leadership Series is returning for another year at Palomar. Students will get the chance to work on and improve their leadership skills by meeting professionals who will speak upon their experience and expertise in an on-going series throughout the Spring semester.
Each meeting will feature two speakers, informing students on topics varying from how to be prepared for a counseling meeting, making yourself stand out on a transfer application, and finding internships.
The Comet Leadership Series event will take place at 12:30 p.m. – 2 p.m. Feb. 4 at in Building LL-104. The meet and greet for the event speakers will begin at 10 a.m. to noon on Feb. 5 in Building SU-202.
Palomar Student Affairs members say they hope to have another successful year with the return of the series and look forward to encouraging students to improve their leadership skills whether in the classroom or the workplace.
