Anatomical Mnemonics
Mnemosyne was a Greek goddess of memory. Mnemonics are simple memory devices to assist
you in remembering things. The mnemonic typically uses the first letter of each of the
words you are trying to remember and makes some nonesense phrase or imaage. Some of these
listed below are "classics" and are provided as examples. The first one is an
example of one that I made up because it created an easily recalled visual image. In
general, those that you create for yourself are the most useful.
