John Jeffredo is mostly of Celtic ancestry, he says 5/8s, but he is also an enrolled member of Pechanga Reservation in Riverside County, California. He also traces his ancestry to the seafaring peoples who lived on the Islands off the West Coast of the Americas from Central California to Peru whom he calls the Island Shoshoni.
