First Place Award and Bragging Rights for this Year!

This was the first time our department entered the ICC Halloween Escape Department Decorating Contest. And of course I went all out. I had some help from Jean Young, Michele Rocheleau, Myrna Valencia, Cathy Haag, Jim Lewis, Nancy Galli, Rita Campo-Griggs, and of course, my husband Wayne. Thank you to my daughters Chrissy and Stephanie and my son-in-law John. Chrissy and John loaned me several of the decorations and Stephanie baked some killer Baklava. Thank you to all the folks that brought in goodies for the party.

It was fun decorating the office. It gave the office some excitement and set the mood for Halloween. We had a great Halloween party that was a lot of fun. It was a good positive spirit lifter. It brought back memories when I first came to Palomar and we all knew each other.

The next night, Wayne and I took my daughters, son-in-laws and 8 grandkids out to dinner and we drove over to my office to see the decorations and have some dessert.

I had to turn on approximately 50 different lights and switches before turning off the office lights. Also played Halloween music in the background.
