GCMW 203 - Flash Animation requirements:

Motion Tween: 15 pts.; Transparency/Alpha Tween: 10 pts., Color/Tint Tween: 10 pts.
Select the frame that you want the tween to start on. Choose Insert -> Timline -> Keyframe. Create an object and choose Modify -> Convert to Symbol. Select the frame of that layer where you want the tween to end. Select Insert -> Keyframe. With this frame still selected, move or transform the object to the end position of the tween for a Motion Tween, or change the object's brightness, color, tint, and alpha (opacity/transparancy) settings in the Color popup or the Properties panel, or chose a combination of these changes for multiple effects. Select any frame along the tween and choose Insert -> Timeline -> Create Motion Tween. (You now should have a blueish bar with a long black arrow on the layer over the length of the tween.)

You can keep adding more tweens to the object by selecting the new frame where the new tween ends and selecting Insert -> Timline -> Keyframe, then making the position, transformation, tint, brightness, color, and/or alpha changes on that new frame at that point in time.
