Rita has more than twenty years of experience in Fashion Industry. She has worked as a Visual Merchandise Director, Corporate Fashion Stylist, and Marketing Director, and has orchestrated hundreds of fashion shows for brand-name designers such as Bill Blass, Liz Claiborne, and Calvin Klein. Rita has worked for Lake Elsinore Outlet Stores and for Robinson's and Harris Department Stores.

Rita has also taught Retailing classes at Mira Costa for many years and currently serves as Tech Prep Coordinator at here at Palomar. She combines her industry and academic expertise to give her students a memorable and practical learning experience.
