 American Food Cuisine Review

 

You will choose one regional American food/recipe that you enjoy, experienced or were influenced by. Your choice should have some context in a particular food cuisine of a region or sub region of America and have some influence on a native or immigrant community as well as a broader influence in American culture. Your paper should be about 3-5 pages with references at the end. Your references can include an interview with a family member. If you are a foreign national then you can pick a cuisine that you grew up with and access whether it had any influence in America.
