Case Furniture Construction/Manufacturing

This program will prepare students to make a living manufacturing case furniture. The emphasis will be on solid wood furniture with doors and drawers. The study of historic period pieces will enable students to apply traditional methods of construction to modern and contemporary designs. The finest furniture in the world is hand made and yet production methods can/will be applied to increase efficiency and profit.
