The ICC is a council of the Associated Student Government. It provides an avenue for the clubs to network with each other and the ASG. The ICC Chairperson is the ASG Vice President of Club Affairs, and the ICC Vice-Chairperson is elected from the ICC Representatives. Palomar College clubs are encouraged to send a representative to participate and vote in meetings.
