How do I contact Palomar's Blackboard Technical Support?

Palomar's Blackboard Technical Support may be reached:

  1. Online, by using the "Submit a Ticket" option in this help desk system (you must log in to submit a ticket).
  2. Via e-mail at atrc@palomar.edu, and be sure to include details of your problem.
  3. By calling (760) 744-1150 ext. 2862 to speak with a technician or leave a voice message.

If you use method 1, the "Submit a Ticket" option, you will likely get the fastest solution. When Technical Support receives an e-mail or voice message we often must contact you again to get additional information, while the online form has fields to help you give us the information we need.
