Why am I not receiving e-mail my instructor sent?

There are various reasons that you may not be receiving e-mail from your instructor. Here are some actions to take:

  1. Verify that your e-mail address in eServices is correct.
  2. Confirm that any filtering software you have installed is not blocking the e-mail.
  3. Check your junk e-mail folder to be sure your e-mail software is not routing instructor's e-mail to the junk e-mail folder.
  4. You may also want to contact your e-mail service provider to verify that they are not blocking e-mail coming to your account.

After taking these actions you may want to contact your instructor to have them resend any e-mails you did not receive.
