14 birds and a raggedy man

are driving in a panel van

they got murder on the mind

cause someone left them

behind

and things just aren't what they seem

these birds have some kind of gleam

in their eye

and the raggedy man

well he used to be a nice guy

but somehow they all got murder on the mind

they drive all night on the street

the birds singing

tweet tweet tweet

and the raggedy mans got both feet on the gas

and the raggedy man screams AT LAST

cause they all got murder on their mind

He slams on the brakes

and the 14 birds fly out

looking for eyes to rake

Fast and silent

like bats on the wing

they rip into this hitchhiker

like nightmares do a dream

and when they're done

there's not much left

just a faded smile

and something to keep the vultures

for a while
