Mindfulness, Meditation, and Relaxation Strategies

Please join Dr. Patrick Savaiano, Assistant Director of Behavioral Health Counseling Services, for an introduction to mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation strategies. Patrick has more than 10 years of experience both practicing and teaching mindfulness principles and exercises. These techniques have been shown to enhance wellness, improve relationships, mitigate stress, reduce anxiety, and alleviate symptoms of depression.
