We want you to be successful at Palomar College and beyond. To support your success, please be mindful of the following recommendations.
Maintain a 2.0 GPA each semester
    Q: Why is this important?
    A: If your GPA falls below a 2.0, you risk losing your financial aid
    Q: What should I do if I find myself struggling in my class/es?
    A: Make an appointment with your CalWORKs counselor, who will provide you with guidance and resources
Make an appointment with your CalWORKs counselor if you add/drop a class
    Q: Why is this important?
    A: Your CalWORKs counselor must update your ITP so that it and your Welfare-to-Work Plan remain accurate
Call to cancel appointments you are unable to attend.
    Q: Why is this important?
    A: First, you are practicing professional courtesy. Second, another student could use your valuable appointment slot.
