In addition to General Counseling, Palomar has program specific counseling.

Athletics
Counseling services are available for potential and current athletes. (760) 744-1150 x2460.

Disability Resource Center (DRC)
Counseling services are available for students with physical, learning, vision, hearing, communication and psychological disabilities. (760) 744-1150 x2375.  TTY (760) 471-8506.

CalWORKs
Counseling services are available for students with children receiving cash aid (CalWORKs/TANF). (760) 744-1150 x2449.

Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS)
Counseling services are available for California residents who are economically, socially, and educationally disadvantaged.  (760) 744-1150 x2449.

Financial Aid (Academic issues)
Academic counseling services are available for financial aid students with petitions. (760) 744-1150 x7510.

International Students
Counseling services are available for international students of Palomar College.  (760) 744-1150 x2167.

Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)
Counseling services are available to students enrolled in STEM classes or are potential STEM majors.  For more information, go to the STEM web site. (760) 744-1150 x2265.

Teaching and Learning Center (TLC), San Marcos and Escondido

TRiO/SSS Program
Counseling services are available for first-generation college students and/or low income students and/or students with disabilities. (760) 744-1150 x2761.

Veterans
Counseling services are available for Veterans and other eligible dependents receiving educational benefits under Chapter 30, 32, 35, 1606, 1607, who have never used their VA educational benefits. (760) 744-1150 x2173.
