All 3 videos below show what happens when liquid nitrogen (boiling temp = -196 degrees centigrade; expands by about 700% during its change from liquid to gas) is confined in a 2-liter soda bottle. Note that the bricks are used to sink the bottle to the bottom of the water-filled trash cans. Pink ping-pong balls are used as floating objects in Blast #3.
