Palomar Promise Appeal

Submit this Appeal if it was determined that you were not eligible for the Palomar Promise in 2018/2019.  To be eligible for this appeal, you must have graduated from an eligible school in the 2017/2018 school year. Please include any extenuating circumstances that contributed to you not being eligible, and attach supporting documentation. A completed Appeal Form must be turned in to the Financial Aid Office.

Palomar Promise Waiver of Full-Time Status for Students with Disabilities

Incoming Palomar Promise students seeking a waiver of the 12 unit minimum enrollment requirement for 2018/2019 due to disability-related reasons are invited to contact the Disability Resource Center (DRC) to determine eligibility for the waiver. Only students registered with the DRC may qualify to apply. A completed Palomar Promise Waiver must be turned in to the Teaching & Learning Center-San Marcos.
