The Palomar Promise

First-Year Experience (FYE) has been providing academic support and educationally enriching activities for freshman since 2013. With the establishment of Palomar Promise, eligible graduating students from local public high schools will receive financial assistance that builds on FYE’s core support services. This will include free tuition and up to $1,000 in textbook assistance for the first year. Palomar Promise enhances FYE and will allow students to achieve academic success.

To be eligible to join the Palomar Promise, students will be required to participate in the FYE program and agree to the terms of the FYE/Promise Student Success Agreement.
