Geography and Environmental Studies are programs in the Earth, Space & Environmental Sciences department at Palomar College. We offer degree programs and a wide range of courses in the exciting fields of Physical Geography and Human Geography as well as a distinguished Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program that incorporates the latest in geospatial and cartographic technologies. A transfer pathway to CSUSM in Environmental Studies is popular as well as a certificate in the cutting-edge technologies in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (drones). We also lead adventurous field courses to such places as Big Sur, Catalina Island, and Anza Borrego and Joshua Tree. With geography you can make a difference in the world! @palomargeography
