Scheduling Appointments

A scheduled appointment is the preferred method to receive services at the Student Health Centers. Appointments may be made in person or by telephone at our three locations:

    • San Marcos: (760) 891-7530
    • Escondido: (760) 891-7532
    • Rancho Bernardo: (858) 675-6676

Same day appointments or walk-in care is available whenever the appointment schedule has openings.

Physician and Nurse Practitioner visits require an appointment. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, PLEASE NOTIFY THE STUDENT HEALTH CENTER. As a courtesy to your fellow students, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. There are a limited number of physician and nurse practitioner appointments and a large number of students who wish to see a doctor or nurse practitioner.

Self Check-in

You can check in for your scheduled appointment at the San Marcos campus Student Health Center using one of the i-Pads located in the reception area. It’s quick and easy to fill out your new patient paperwork! For walk-in or urgent appointments, please check in with the receptionist.
