IPC is responsible for Program Review and Planning (PRP), recommendations for global needs for Instruction, progress reports on assigned Annual Action Plans of the Strategic Plan, annual goals and accomplishments, full-time faculty position priority recommendations, and other products as determined through College planning and operational matters.

The Instructional Planning Council reports to the Strategic Planning Council and is chaired by the Vice President for Instruction.
