Archaeology Internship

Anth 298 Archaeology Internship allows students to obtain between three and nine hours of credit for volunteer archaeological work experience. The work can be with a local Cultural Resource Management firm, museum, or agency.

In order to take this class students must first contact the instructor of record and the proposed institution where the internship will take place to arrange the work to be done and the number of hours available.  An agreement is then drawn up between the student, instructor and the institution.  Progress reports are made at intervals during the semester, and students get full credit for completing the assigned hours.

Anth 298 is offered each fall and spring semester.
