Chat With a Librarian is a live, online reference assistance chat service. Questions are answered by staff at the Palomar College Library or by other reference librarians participating in our worldwide network. This free service is easy to use and available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week! You do not need a microphone to use the chat service; it is all text-based.
The Library Zoom Room (LZR) allows the Library to help students with research and other information needs. We can share screens to guide students in using databases, searching the catalog and identifying quality websites for research projects using Zoom web conferencing.
If you have never joined a Zoom call before, take a few minutes to first Join a Zoom Test Meeting and make sure you are able to connect to audio.
