Palomar College Resources

  • Palomar student resources — Need some help with financial aid?  Not sure where you can get help with your classes?  Need advice about future careers?  If so, then click on this link for a page that will help you identify your needs and where you can find help at Palomar.  The major areas covered are Academic Support, Programs & Services, Non-Academic Support, and Financial Support.
  • Disability Resource Center — Located in the DSPS/DRC building, the Disability Resource Center can assist you with any needs related to any physical, visual, auditory, learning, or psychological disabilities you might have.
  • Palomar College Library — Access database articles and our book database on the library’s website.  Use your student ID and password to access all the database resources.
  • Palomar Career Center — Located in room SU-17, the Career Center can help you figure out your career goals and choose the path to get you there.
  • Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) — The TLC has computers and study spaces for you to use.  They also have Study Rooms, which you can reserve to study with your classmates.  The Study Rooms have great technology that allows you to project information from your smart phone, laptop, or tablet onto a large screen so you can all see it.
  • Veterans Services — Information about Palomar’s Veterans’ Services office is located here.
  • Health Center — This link will take you to Palomar’s Health Center.  As  Palomar student, access to the Health Center is included in your student fees, and you can get free Band-Aids, Advil, condoms, and other health needs here.  If you’re not feeling well, you can stop by the Health Center and see a nurse for free.
  • Financial Aid Office — If you need information about paying for your classes at Palomar, visit the Financial Aid website.
