Apply to Palomar and start to enroll in classes beginning May 1!

  1. APPLY TO PALOMAR
    • Apply to Palomar College by completing the online application.
    • After completing your application, you will be issued a Palomar ID number. Write this down to access your student account (eServices) later. Don’t forget your password!
    • You will be assigned a day and time that you can begin registering for summer courses. Write this down too.
  2. SUBMIT SPECIAL ADMISSION APPROVAL (K-12) FORM
    • If you are under the age of 18 and are enrolled in grades K-12, complete the Special Admission Approval Form (K-12 form AND Consent to Treatment of Minor form). Don’t forget all the signatures from you (the student), your parent/guardian, and your high school counselor or principal. Submit the form to the Enrollment Services Office in the Student Services Center (SSC) building at the San Marcos location.
    • If you are under the age of 16, you will also need a signature from the instructor of the class(es). See the corresponding academic department listed in the Summer Academy Options link. Submit the completed form to the Enrollment Services Office during the student’s registration appointment.
  3. ENROLL IN CLASSES
    • Enroll in classes online through your Student Center in eServices.
    • If you are under the age of 16, then you need to go to Admissions in person to enroll into the academies. Once you obtain the instructor’s signature, then go to the Enrollment Services Office (SSC) to get enrolled into the Academy unless otherwise directed by your high school counselor.
  4. PAY FEES
    • Go to your Student Center page to pay the following fees:
      • Health fee – $16
      • Student representation fee – $1
      • Books and material fees – varies
      • Parking Permit (if needed) – $40
