3. Electronic and paper assignments submitted without the student's name, the date, the section number, and the name of the assignment written in the upper left-hand corner of every page.
2. Students who JAM UP my email asking when and where they should be, instead of looking it up for themselves or who send me email asking if I have received their email.
1. Students who fail to use the correct subject line in emails. This indicates to me that they are so clueless, they haven't even bothered to look at the syllabus or think that the syllabus does not apply to them.
