The men’s volleyball team had a bit of a rough schedule this year; finishing the season 8-11 overall and 5-7 in the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference.

Behind stars Anthony Pippen and Nick Supple, the Comets played hard considering there were only three sophomores on the team. The volleyball team had some impressive outings against Long Beach City College (2012 community college state champions) and Golden West (2013 CCCAA state champions), but injuries and inexperience would take its toll. At one point during the season, the team lost four straight matches before finishing 2-1 to end the season.
