Grading Policy

1. Project 1             100         A = 90% - 100% (> 350 pts)

2. Project 2              50           B = 80% - 89% (300 - 349)

3. Exams                 200          C = 70% - 79% (250 - 299)

4. Attendance            50          D = 60% - 69% (200 - 249)

Extra Credit up to       40         F = below 60% (< 200 pts)

  Total points    400 - 425             

3. Exams (200 pts):  Although most questions will focus on the material as outlined in the syllabus, some questions on the breadth of the material should be anticipated.   Final Exam: The fourth exam is the Final Exam.  Each exam is worth fifty points.

4. Extra Credit (40 pts max): Click this link for ideas.  No extra credit accepted after week 14.
